JCI Toul Kork - Youth Empowerment Program - Study Tour ]

On 20th May 2023, the Youth Empowerment Program of JCI Toul Kork conducted our first study tour of Khmer Brewery. The Khmer Beverages site visit was a unique opportunity for our trainees to gain practical knowledge of brewery operations, brewing processes, and other general knowledge regarding the brewery industry and its supply chain.

The main objectives of the site visit include:

1. To gain practical knowledge of brewery operations, management strategies, and the brewing process.
2. To understand the challenges and opportunities associated with the brewing industry and its supply chain.
3. To develop insights into effective management practices and quality control measures in the production process.
4. To explore and understand more about the success story behind the giant group known as Chip Mong Group in Cambodia.
